Return & Exchange Policy

 

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance at LEEF. We strive to deliver high-quality, beautiful jewellery to every customer. However, we understand that there may be instances where products do not meet your expectations. In such cases, kindly refer to our Return & Exchange Policy (The “Policy”). 

 

  • Definition
  • 1.1 “Product(s)” refer to products ordered and successfully paid by users and the orders are accepted by us.

    1.2 “Original sales status” indicates that products are checked and confirmed by our professionals:

    (1) Products bearing intact packaging;

    (2) Products are unworn, unused or unaltered and stay the way they are sold; and

    (3) Without any damage.

    We reserve the final decision to determine whether products are ascribed to their “original sales status”.

     

  • Defective Items
  • 2.1 Since online shopping does not involve face-to-face physical trading, in the event of products damage or other irregularities when delivering to users, we may provide return / free maintenance services to users who receive their products through delivery service. 

    2.2 The application for return of defectives items shall be made within 48 hours after the receipt of products by email to info@leefjewellery.com. Our Customer Service Officer would require you to take some pictures letting us know where the defective parts are and to facilitate exchange of products. 

    2.3 Please keep the products in their original sales status (except the defective parts) and keep all the packaging intact for return and exchange.

    2.4 All delivery fee incurred due to exchange and return will be borne by us. Free return and replacement shall be provided once only for each product. No refund will be provided. 

     

  • Size Not Fit
  • 3.1 If the size of your item is not suitable, you may request for an exchange within 7 days of purchase through email to info@leefjewellery.com .

    3.2 An extra fee of [HKD $   ] will be applicable for size changes after confirmation of sales of products. 

    3.3 Return and exchange of unsuitable sizes of products would be borne by you. Please make good use of the sizing guide on our Website to choose your suitable products. 

     

  • Change of Mind 
  • We value the trust you place in our products. However, if you simply change your mind, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchange for such reasons.
